Service Description
Typical follow up when you are doing well and/or do not have many new symptoms. Acute complaints of CURRENT clients (e.g. cold, flu, cough, injuries, etc.) Acute complaints of new clients: please book the 45 min acute session. ***Note for acute complaints: please contact at the time of booking to determine the severity of the ailment. Some situations may be outside my scope of practice and will require referral to medical care. Online consultation available, please indicate during booking. For acutes: fill out the Intake and Consent form and return to me by e-mail before your first visit.
