Service Description
Longer follow-up for current clients if you are doing well and/or do not have many new symptoms. Acute complaints of NEW clients ***Note for acute complaints: please contact at the time of booking to determine the severity of the ailment. Some situations may be outside my scope of practice and will require referral to medical care. Online consultation available, please indicate during booking. For acutes: fill out the Intake and Consent form and return to me by e-mail before your first visit.
